Payment must be made within 10 business days of registration reservation. Unpaid registration reservations shall be cancelled after the 10-business-day deadline.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made prior to November 14, 2011. Cancellations after November 14, 2011 are subject to a 40% cancellation fee. No cancellations or refunds may be made after November 30, 2011. Substitutions may be made at any time before November 30, 2011.
